How to Order Floor Plans From Our Drawing service

Follow the button in your MLS system for Floorplanner or go to the Marketplace of your MLS and find your organizations dedicated landing page. If your Broker has bought a Broker Package you will receive the broker discount. Please verify with your broker if your brokerage has an active discount plan.

Select the drawing service option at the bottom of your MLS Floorplanner page and select the number of floors, attach your sketch and submit. See our next page for more elaborate sketch instructions.

With your first order, a Floor Planner account will be created utilizing your email and credit information. You will be able to organize all your floor plans and upgrades from this discounted account.

Orders submitted to your MLS are guaranteed to be delivered to you within 48 hours but will arrive typically faster. In addition to a notification from your account, you will receive an email with exported images and embedded viewer.

Review your plan, request changes if necessary and you are ready to propagate your floor plan to your listing.

If your MLS is an integrated partner. The approved URL will be included in your MLS Feed. If your MLS is a market place partner, utilize the embedded viewer link in the email you received with your order to link your floor plan manually to your IDX. If your local MLS is not an active partner, your Broker might have the abiltiy to upload the embedded viewer on your IDX.
